How to Use:
Low and Slow! Our Bio CBD is water-soluble. Pump the desired dose into a glass of water, juice, tea or coffee and stir.

Initial Dosage:
1 pump will dispense approximately 0.2ml of the formula which provides 8mg of CBD.

Adjusting Your Dosage:
As the effects of CBD can vary from individual to individual, we suggest you experiment to find the best dose for you. Begin by taking 1 pump a day in a drink of your choice.
