Birmingham will host the UK very first Hemp and CBD Expo at the NEC this weekend (2nd & 3rd March) with organisers promising an informative and entertaining event.

What To Expect At This Years Hemp & CBD Expo In Birmingham
The Hemp & CBD Expo event at the NEC kicks off on Saturday with a keynote speech by Mike Harlington of the Cannabis Trades Association, entitled The incredible growth of CBD and hemp products and is book-ended by the same speaker with closing lecture, The challenges and opportunities for the industry, a positive future and of course a regulated one.
In between are speeches on food, marketing, advocacy, retail, health, sport, regulation, mathematical accuracy and agriculture.
Influential industry speakers will include Garrett Bain, whose GenCanna Platform is dedicated to CBD genetics. CBD advocate Callie Blackwell will be centre stage for a Saturday Q&A session.
Meanwhile Sunday features Damien Bove from ADACT MEDICAL whose subject matter involves CBD and novel foods.

Hemp & CBD Awards Ceremony
The Hemp and CBD Awards Ceremony and After-show Party takes place on Saturday evening with awards showing the breadth of innovation and creativity within the sector.
These include categories in best innovation, packaging, CBD oil, cosmetics, seedbank, inhalable CBD, as well as best paraphernalia, branding and extract.
Exhibitors in Birmingham will be showcasing various CBD Oils, vaporizers, growth products, superfoods, cosmetics, building materials, clothing, paraphernalia, medicine, and more to what is expected to be a large audience over the course of two days.
